Many organizations across the world believe that the death penalty is wrong. Intervention in this case would violate the United States and the individual states’ sovereignty. The same could be said for Saudi Arabia and their death penalty. America cannot intervene or violate that state’s sovereignty.
No, humanitarian intervention does not violate of states and countries. This would be the case in delivering food, supplies, and other direct need to a people in need despite their state’s wishes. It does not interfere with policy or law, but helps the country with a specific or broad need.
